The Biostays website (our Site) is owned and operated by Biostays Limited a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 12535136 and registered office at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London England N1 7GU (we, us). By using the Site you agree to be bound by these terms (these Terms of Use) together with the privacy policy and cookie policy accessible in the Site (the Privacy Policy  and the Cookie Policy respectively). These Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy affect your legal rights and obligations so please read them carefully. Our Site is made available free of charge for you to view and learn more about our travel and accommodation providers.

We may update our Site from time to time, and may suspend, withdraw, discontinue change the content at any time. However, please note that any of the content on our Site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it. 

We will not be liable to you if for any reason our Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

All rights are reserved. The BIOSTAYS® name and logo are registered trade marks.

The advertiser, and not us, is responsible for such goods and/or services and if you have any questions or complaints in relation to them, you should contact the advertiser.

  • your use of that Site unless that damage is reasonably foreseeable as a result of such use, and subject always to the provisions of these Terms of Use;

  • an event beyond our control.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

These Terms of Use, the Privacy and Cookie Policy (as amended from time to time) constitute the entire agreement between us concerning your use of the Site. If any provision of these Term sof Use is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then such provision shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties and all other provisions shall remain in full force. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

You consent to receive all communications including notices and other information from us electronically. We may provide all such communications by email, text or by posting them on the Site.

If you have any complaints or wish to raise a dispute about complaints about travel and accommodation providers, please contact them directly.  We are not responsible for any act or omission of our travel and accommodation providers.

These Terms of Use are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
