Playa Viva's King Eco Casitas are one-bedroom self-contained “casitas” (little houses) that provide complete privacy. King Eco Casitas are each outfitted with a king bed that can be separated into two singles plus two single day beds that serve as comfortable couches during the day. These rooms have an unobstructed ocean view. King Eco Casitas have a private bathroom on the same level and have shutter doors that can open for a full ocean view or close for complete privacy. King Eco Casitas are also outfitted with a small desk and a chair. Please note that one of the King Eco Casitas has a ramp rather than stairs and is outfitted for easier use for special-needs and elderly guests. It is also conveniently located closer to the common area.
