Papu Log Cabin was built in 1986. The cabin consists of natural materials and Finnish quality. The beds, duvets and pillows are made of wool and organic cotton. The bed linen and towels are made of flax. In the kitchen, you can enjoy preparing meals and breakfasts. While eating, you can enjoy lake scenery indoors or on a private terrace.

Papu Log Cabin is an ideal starting point for various outdoor activities in nature, such as hiking, biking, berry and mushroom picking, fishing, and hunting. Its location also gives a good opportunity to visit the wide variety of tourist attractions in Ranua and Posio.

The sauna is in the common use of Metsä Kolo’s guests and is heated in the evenings. (Upon reservation, you can ask for a private sauna slot.) There is also a barbecue shed in front of the sauna building. Beach, swimming platform and rowing boat are in common use with other guests.

All beds are single beds. In other words, double beds can be separated into single beds.
