The most discrete and spectacular of spaces, every Signature Room tells its own story connecting to Heckfield's history, promising a uniquely personal experience.
Typical of grand Georgian houses, an intimate candlelit sitting room, the room's centerpiece, welcomes you into the understated style of the Coppice Room, with its delicate palette of sage and dusty rose, and views across the upper and lower lakes. From there, a bay window opens onto captivating views across the lake and the estate.
The Coppice Room’s Gillow armchair has been ebonized and upholstered in velvet. The Gillow family were 18th-century craftspeople working in Lancaster and London, and were makers of great reputation, noted for their use of mahogany.
A specially commissioned dresser and bookshelf, lined with classics and contemporary fiction, and a 'boudoir' with marble fireplace and a Regency chaise make the Coppice Room a place of the perfect escape.
